True wellness requires intention. To preserve the calm, personalized, and exclusive nature of our Reserved Sanctuary, we operate primarily as an appointment-only practice.

The Reserved Sanctuary Experience

Our private treatment alcoves, equipped with therapeutic massage chairs and curated amenities, are designed for deep restoration. To ensure every guest receives undivided attention and a seamless flow:

  • Booking is Encouraged: All private alcove treatments must be booked in advance via our website or by phone.

  • Exclusivity: These private spaces are reserved exclusively for guests with confirmed appointments. This allows us to prepare your space, your blend, and your time with precision.

Walk-In Availability

Spontaneous visits in our Walk-In Lounge, a beautiful shared space for those who wish to experience InFyooz without a reservation.

  • Limited Capacity: Walk-in availability is limited to 3 guests per day and is subject to real-time capacity.

  • The Experience: Walk-in guests receive our signature infyoozion service in the Lounge. Please note that the private alcove amenities (massage chairs, extended consultation time) are reserved for booked appointments.

  • No Waiting Room: To maintain the tranquility of our space, we do not have a waiting area. If the Lounge is at capacity, we kindly ask that you wait in your vehicle or return later. We encourage you to book ahead to guarantee your spot.

Appointment Etiquette & Cancellations

  • Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete any necessary intake forms and settle in.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled to accommodate the next guest.

  • Cancellations: We understand life happens. To protect the time we hold for you and our staff, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the service price.

    • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

  • Reservations: We reserve the right to limit future bookings for guests with a pattern of late cancellations or no-shows.
