1. Nature of Services

InFyooz is a wellness and lifestyle service provider, not a medical clinic, hospital, or physician's office.

• Not Medical Advice: Our services, including IV hydration and nutrient infusions ("Infyoozions"), are intended to support general wellness, hydration, and vitality. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

• Consultation: While we consult with you regarding your health history to ensure safety, this does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship.

2. Medical Clearance & Safety

• Disclosure: By booking a treatment, you represent that you have disclosed all relevant medical history, current medications, and conditions to our clinical team.

• Right to Refuse: InFyooz reserves the right to refuse service to any individual if, in the professional judgment of our Medical Director or clinical staff, the treatment poses a safety risk or is contraindicated for your specific health profile.

• Emergency Situations: In the event of a medical emergency during a session, we will immediately cease treatment and contact emergency services (911). InFyooz is not liable for pre-existing conditions that may manifest during a session.

3. Payment & Financial Terms

• Payment Due: Payment is required in full at the time of booking or at the time of service, unless a membership plan is active.

• Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards where applicable.

• Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our services and the preparation of pharmaceutical-grade ingredients, refunds are generally not issued for completed services. Exceptions are made only at the discretion of management for service failures.

4. Liability & Assumption of Risk

• Voluntary Participation: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with IV therapy, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, infection, or allergic reactions.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold InFyooz, its owners, staff, and Medical Director harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by InFyooz.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the term "Infyoozion," our branding, and our protocols, is the intellectual property of InFyooz and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without explicit permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bellvue or Nashville, TN.
