  • Yes. To ensure every guest receives the full InFyooz experience, including a private alcove, therapeutic massage chair, and personalized consultation - we operate primarily by reservation. Booking in advance guarantees your preferred time slot and allows us to prepare your space and infusion protocol with the care it deserves.

  • Yes, if availability permits. However, to ensure your private alcove space, same-day bookings are limited to specific time slots that allow for adequate preparation time. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure the most ideal window.

  • We operate as a reservation-first studio to preserve the tranquility and quality of the experience for all guests. While we occasionally have last-minute availability, we cannot guarantee service or access to the full amenity package (private alcove, massage chair, and add-ons) for walk-ins. To avoid disappointment, we strongly encourage you to book ahead.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a brief consultation, a change of environment, and a moment to settle into your space before your Infyoozion begins.
